Game of Thrones Season 6: Sophie Turner hints that Sansa Stark to Have a Bigger Role

We know that we’re close to the premiere date of Game of Thrones Season 6, however we still don’t know what to expect next season. There are a lot of questions about Jon Snow, however more importantly, now that the White Walkers has risen would enemies unite in Season 6?

In ‘Game of Thrones Season 5’ the biggest characters that has crossed paths that we’ve seen was Daenerys Targayen and Tyrion Lannister and we’re all just happy about that. But it seems that in the upcoming ‘Game of Thrones Season 6’ we will be seeing more scenes like that.

Game of Thrones Season 6: Sansa Stark to Have a Bigger Role

According to WinterIsComing.Net, Sophie Turner (Sansa Stark) has revealed a lot of spoilers for the upcoming ‘Game of Thrones Season 6′.

Turner said, “Every scene I shot I couldn’t believe that I was shooting this scene with these amazing people, and I couldn’t believe that the storylines had intertwined so much that this is how it ends up. So many characters’ paths intertwine this season…You really get a sense that the story is coming together and rounding up this time.”

If that was not enough, those statements were cemented by David Benioff and Dan Weiss’ statement (Showrunners of ‘Game of Thrones’) when they said, “a big East-meets-West season” is what ‘Game of Thrones Season 6’ is going to be about.

Uhm…. Daenerys Targaryen and Jon Snow crossing paths, maybe? I’m just saying.

According to Entertainment Weekly, during the SAG Awards, Sophie Turner also shared that ‘Game of Thrones Season 6’ will be the biggest season for Sansa Stark.

The actress added, “I mean this season is a really, really big one for Sansa. It’s probably her best season yet. It’s her really coming into her own. She, this season, really commands the respect that she deserves and she grabs hold of it and she runs with it and it’s really good.It was amazing because the past five season, it feels like it’s been building up to that. You can only suffer so much before she finally gets her, the respect that she deserves.”

Now I know that when you read “Game of Thrones Season 6 Spoilers” what you really have in mind is something about Jon Snow. Well, Nikolaj Coster-Waldau (Jaime Lannister) have just that.

In his interview with E! News, the actor said, “The opening of the show, of Season six, will reveal that Jon Snow…. is dead. But that’s not a big surprise, really.”

But then again we saw Jon Snow’s eyes change color right after he was stabbed so I’m still putting my bet on, Jon Snow’s dead, Jon Targayen comes to life. wishful thinking but who knows?

‘Game of Thrones Season 6’ will premiere on HBO this April 24, 2016.
